Some quick hits for you. Heading north to spend a week with the father, which means I’ll have plenty of time to churn out the content. Until then…
- Stuff Crimson and White People Like, the latest in the Stuff _____ People Like series, is posted over at EDSBS thanks to Picture Me Rollin’ and Uncle Rico’s Time Machine. Funny stuff.
- It looks like another Boston championship is imminent after last night’s supreme choke job. Simmons is stoked.
- Meanwhile the integrity of the game itself is in question. Did I just link Jay Mariotti? My apologies.
- In the “Thank you Lord! Department,” Bill Curry is no longer tainting the Worldwide Leader. Thank you Georgia State!
- Finally, I deeply regret that my path will not take me to City Stages tonight to see one of the best bands around, Old Crow Medicine Show. Enjoy this amazing version of The Band’s classic, The Weight, by OCMS with David Rawlings and Gillian Welch.
